Don’t Hold Back, Ben; Say What You Really Think

18 Nov

destination AmericaYou know? Sometimes I look at America and I wonder how we got to where we are.

So many millions of people came here seeking freedom and justice.

Each of those people (unless their pockets were full of cash) was treated to a special American version of enslavement and injustice. From low paying, soul destroying work to the corruption of our courts by the wealthy.

This was done to them by ethnic group, as individuals, by educational level, by religion, and by every other possible qualifier. It was done and is done under the guise of granting the freedom to achieve; to excel; to “make it big in Amer-ee-kah”.

Of course; the truth is that such dreams as making it big are actually for the very few, not the many.

They are for the few fortunate who begin with money; intelligence; luck; a silver tongue; or a gift, talent, innate ability. Having no morals, humanity, empathy, orget out the boat conscience is also helpful and is the one thing almost guaranteed to rocket you to “fame and fortune”.

Yet these few; this “1%”and those who think as they do have managed to maintain their control over this nation and over its people despite that they are vastly outnumbered by the rest of us who lack one or more of those essential factors.

how under thumbThis is true for all Americans. We are all under the collective thumb.

Now; I have experience a certain amount of this, as any American who is not “In The Club” has.

I know many people who are exposed to the direct heat of this treatment because they just aren’t smart enough; not talented enough; not cut-throat enough; not wealthy enough; not well enough to excel. how it sucks to feel

More than any of the rest of us though; the experience of Black Americans has been a long, sad saga of torture, humiliation, forced poverty, murder and any other forms of degradation wealthy white people could devise to keep them “Under the Collective Thumb”.

After some 400 years of forced labor and dehumanization and hundreds of studies that have shown the horrific damage done to this people as a race; Ben Stein (hero of the wealthy few; elitist conservative guru; “Republican Policy Meister”) has come forth and expressed his confusion and that of the rest of his privileged class of wealthy Republican investors.

Sure has me convinced of his benevolent intent.

ben steinBen says; “You would think, if you read the liberal mainstream media, that the main problem with race in America was poor innocent black people being set upon and mistreated by the police. That’s just nonsense,” he said, according to video recorded by BuzzFeed.

The CDC’s cause-of-death data, based on death certificates collected at the state level, also reveals a profound racial disparity among the victims of police shootings. Between 1968 and 2011, black people were between two to eight times more likely to die at the hands of law enforcement than whites. Annually, over those 40 years, a black person was on average 4.2 times as likely to get shot and killed by a cop than a how cops hunting blackswhite person.

Since Blacks make up only about 13.2% of our population; this doesn’t seem somewhat out of balance?

Police must have actually gone hunting for that 13.2% just so they had fresh targets.

ben steinBen says; “I mean, the real problem with race in America is a very, very beaten-down, pathetic, self-defeating black underclass that is — uh, just can’t seem to get its way going in the way that blacks were able to before the scourge of drugs and the scourge of gangs,”

Ok Ben, let’s see if I have this straight. Four hundred years ago; whites imported blacks here to work for no money and bare subsistence. They had no rights under law; were considered property just as a horse or dog would be; were beaten, tortured, murdered, starved, shot, and hung; and were sold apart from what families they had left including their own children. They were shown Zero Respect as human beings. Even as slaves go; American Black slaves were treated poorly.

After they were freed; they; had no rights under law; were beaten, tortured, murdered, starved, shot, and hung; were shown Zero Respect as human beings.

Once they gained the rights under law, they were beaten, tortured, murdered, starved, shot, and hung; were shown Zero Respect as human beings.

As a result; Ben Stein and his Compadres have no hesitation stating that they expect these people would have no more difficulty adjusting to; feeling part of; not hating; this American society than say; an Irishman who arrived as a voluntary immigrant.

That about right?

Capitalists started the slave trade. Capitalists imported the slaves; tortured the slaves; made beaucoup bucks from their labor for a few hundred years; killed and maimed them at will and then continued this treatment after they were supposed to be free and now you sit with that “Southern Belle Simple” on your face and say that you don’t understand what went wrong? You thought they were doing “Just Fine” until they fell into drugs and gangs.how perfectly believable

                                                      “Seems perfectly believable to me Mr. Ben”

ben steinBen says; “I mean, it’s an amazing thing — blacks were on their way in this country, even after the horrors of slavery, and then drugs came in, the destruction of families came in, and the crisis in the black community is just absolutely unbelievable,” he said.

Because they did this even though their “future was so bright; they needed to wear shades”

Well Ben; who sold those drugs to these people? Who targeted the African-American population with Heroine?

Who denied them jobs; educational equity; a living wage when they were allowed to do whatever skrank cap pigassed job the white workers thought was too good for their élite asses?

Who Ben? Who did these things, and who spends a whole lot of time denying their guilt for these actions?

That’s right Ben. fat aristo

Capitalists; “Cornservatives”; Wealthy Landowners and their Po’ Crackah’ henchmen; big investors.

People very much like you Ben.

ben steinThen; Ben said; “And that, it seems to me, is something that Mr. Obama could have addressed, and he just ignored it completely.”

Now this is where “Old Ben” really runs off the rails. This was in reference to the last quote about the crises in the Black community.

Considering the total opposition that the Congress has shown President Obama all during his term in office;

that the current big controversy is over whether he will use his power of Executive Order to start changes in the immigration system because Congress refuses to do anything about this major problem;

the fact that much of the animosity shown The President can be directly attributed to the Conservative disdain for those of African-American ancestry;

and the fact that Congress has refused to discuss any of the major issues The President has sought to discuss;

it is certainly reassuring to know that Ben Stein has finally found an area where the President of the United States might legitimately focus his attention and actually do some good.

The drug and gang problems in the “African-American Community”.

Finally they have come out and told us; point-blank; that this is the only thing they consider it proper for Barack Obama to spend his time and effort on.

Of course; they used the Republican’s court jester; Ben Stein so that later, they can deny it as coming from a mere “Old Fool” whose time in the “Party Elite” was past twenty or thirty years ago at best.how ben clown

Ben; I used to think you were just humorous but now I see that you are truly dangerous.

You are not just a clown for the Republican Leadership nor just the Party’s public face to mollify the people into thinking all Republicans are as outdated and droll as you.

You are a cold-blooded, merciless killer of those less fortunate than yourself.

A destroyer of the image of the good people of all colors who make up the bulk of this nation; with a special false sympathy reserved for Black Americans to further their degradation and to make it seem that they have “Sadly brought this on themselves”.

All of this; truly; an attempt to divide and conquer the 99% of Americans for enslavement by “THE PARTY”; “The Great Red Elephant”how red eleph

You bring shame on all Americans; Ben. Not just because you are callous, but because you; like the rest of your party fail to see that many can see through your lies; no matter how many times you tell them. Some of us are not fooled by such ridiculous statements as those you make here and certainly; those abroad know first hand that you are lying.
