Double Standards Abound…Concerning The Singular, Sociopathic Subject Of Racism

This is one of my new Favorite blogs. Not to take anything from my old Favorite which still are. Even blogging becomes more time intensive and complex as we proceed.
Nothing more I can say.

If the Zimmerman case has NOTHING to do with race-Where is the support from “The Stand Your Ground” believers regarding this woman’s plight. She had a FAR more plausible right to protect her being than the worthless, child-molesting, woman beating George Zimmerman. Marissa Alexander stands 5’2″ and is slight in stature. She is doing 20-years for firing a warning shot at a wall instead of the head of her 245 pound abusive husband who had previously been convicted on a domestic violence charge for beating her. This is why this law is complete bullshit. Obviously, what’s “NOT good for the goose”, is “acceptable” for the simpleton gander AKA George Zimmerman. Where is the support and understanding for Mrs. Alexander?

She was sentenced by an ignorant asshole of a  judge who insisted that she could have “run away instead of shooting.” The “supposed victim,” Zimmerman could have run away, but in

I am not familiar with this case but even without knowing I would guess there are some extenuating circumstances that are not being revealed that are pertinent to her sentencing. I find it difficult to believe that even the State of Florida would sentence a woman to 20 years for firing a warning shot at an abuse husband. I’m not buying it.

      EVEN the State of Florida.

Yep even Florida and you can probably throw Texas in there too. They don’t put up with much crap. They actually throw criminals in jail in those states. What a concept. I checked out the case a little bit and as I suspected you seem to miss out on some key aspects of the case. First off seems there was a restraining order in affect that she was not to have contact with her ex. Also she went to HIS place and confronted him and two children when an argument broke out. No physical contact between them, then apparently she left, went out into the garage and retrieved a gun and discharged it at him and their children and missed. Those is NOT a stand your ground law violation like Zimmerman. He was attacked, she was not. Big difference.

By the way are you aware that your illustrious President helped sponsor the stand your ground version in Illinois back in 200? HMMN.
